Apple 150g
Banana 140g
Kiwi 100g
Preparation
- Remove apple seeds, cut apples in half, and then divide them into 4 parts. Slice kiwis into 4 parts without peeling.
- Slice peeled bananas into smaller pieces with about 3-4 cm.
- Put apples, kiwis, and bananas (in this order) into Hurom juicer.
Tip
Soft fruits like bananas and kiwi are easy to juice and smooth to chew when juiced with a smoothie strainer (with larger holes).
