Preparation
- Remove the skin and the core of the pineapple.
- Trim and cut the kale and the spinach into 4 cm pieces.
- Close the lever and extract kale-spinach-pineapple (in this order).
- When putting the last ingredients in, place the lever in a half-open position to release the compressed pulp.
