Lukas Says
As a professional athlete from a young age, health and nutrition have always been an important part of my life. As a soccer player, I train every day, so staying fit and healthy is essential — not only through exercise but also through what I eat. I try to maintain a balanced and nutritious diet. I believe that fueling your body well is just as important as training hard. A healthy mindset is also key to performing at your best.
I don’t usually eat breakfast, but every morning I make fresh juice with fruits and vegetables, especially those rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Because they’re great for building muscle and keeping up my stamina. Apples are my favorite, and I often make ABC juice with apples, beets, and carrots. As a father of three, I also care a lot about my family’s health.
I try to make sure my kids eat a balanced diet, and when they don’t want to eat fruits and vegetables, juicing is a great way to help them enjoy them. As a Hurom ambassador, I want to share my passion for healthy living and inspire my fans to add more fruits and vegetables to their daily routine. I’ll also share some of my favorite juice recipes along the way. Staying healthy can be simple, delicious, and fun with Hurom.
