Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Email : info@hurom-europe.cz) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can use the sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the product has arrived in our warehouse. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please use the return shipping label provided by us to return the goods. The direct costs of the return shipping are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. The applicable return shipping cost varies depending on the country from which the goods are returned. Please refer to the table below for the applicable return shipping cost.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to our logistic partner:

, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Any free gifts, accessories or user manuals provided by Hurom Europe GmbH must also be returned.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken or removed.
If the product’s value has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
