Consumables such as silicone parts and juice&pulp containers are excluded from the warranty.

Extended warranty

Please note that an extended warranty applies to products purchased from September 1st and with a warranty registered on the Hurom Europe website. The original invoice and order number are required to obtain this warranty.

Products purchased from September 2024

– H400/H330P/H320N/H70FT/H70ST: Motor and parts 15-year Warranty
– H310A: Motor and parts 10-year Warranty
– Others(except DT-SJ series): 10-year Warranty on the motor, 2-year Warranty on parts
*The above warranty period applies only to the main product, and additional purchased parts are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Products purchased before September 2024

10-year Warranty on motors and 2-year Warranty on parts for all Slow Juicer models (except HW series, DT-SJ series, and S13) only when purchased from Hurom Europe.
