Natural Fruit Ice Cream
Ingredients
Fruit Juice 200ml
Whipped cream 50g
Honey or Oligosaccharides To taste
Preparation
- Extract the fruits you want using your Hurom juicer.
- Mix the extracted juice with whipped cream and freeze it.
- Add honey or powdered skim milk to less sweet fruits or green vegetable juice.
- Scratch it every one or two hours with a fork, so that the ice cream becomes softer.
Tip
If you are uncomfortable with high calories, mix it with plain yogurt instead of whipped cream.
