Glutinous Millet Pear Porridge
Ingredients
Rice 10g (water soaked)
Glutinous millet 5g (water soaked)
Pear 15g
Water 150ml
Preparation
- Soak glutinous millet and rice in water.
- Close the juice cap and the lever and fill the chamber with water.
- Extract rice, and glutinous millet-pear in order using your Hurom juicer.
- Operate the juicer until the ingredients are sufficiently mixed.
- Pour 4 into a pot and boil it moderately.
Tip
Use a fine strainer for thin rice gruel and food for infants. Glutinous millet is hard to trim due to its skin, but Hurom makes it easy. It contains more protein, dietary fiber and iron than rice, and therefore it is the perfect food for babies.
