Ginger Syrup
Ingredients
Ginger 300g
Honey or Oligosaccharides A cup
Preparation
- Wash ginger thoroughly. Then, cut them into thin slices with skin.
- Close the lever and operate your Hurom juicer. When putting the ginger in, place the lever in a half-opened position to release the compressed pulp.
- Put the extracted juice and honey in a pot and boil it.
Tip
Balloon flowers and pears are known for being effective in bronchus. If you choose to add these ingredients, the acrid taste of ginger is relieved.
