Boild beans 120g
Spinach 60g

Preparation
- Soak soybeans in water for about one day and boil.
- Cut spinach into 3-4 cm pieces, and slice apples (without seeds) into 4 pieces.
- Put boiled soybeans, spinach, and apples into your Hurom juicer.
Tip
To keep soybeans from going bad in the water, make sure to soak them in cold water (at room temperature during the winter season and during summer, inside a refrigerator).
