Ginger 300g
Honey or Oligosaccharides A cup
Preparation
  1. Wash ginger thoroughly. Then, cut them into thin slices with skin.
  2. Close the lever and operate your Hurom juicer. When putting the ginger in, place the lever in a half-opened position to release the compressed pulp.
  3. Put the extracted juice and honey in a pot and boil it.
Tip

Balloon flowers and pears are known for being effective in bronchus. If you choose to add these ingredients, the acrid taste of ginger is relieved.
