Online Dispute Resolution and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). This platform was closed on July 20, 2025, and is no longer accessible.

We are prepared and obligated to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution with consumers.
